From world known reputable Refinery/ Exporter that is obliged with Full Legal Responsibility, HOSVA Group hereby confirms our Capability and Readiness to enter into a contract for the supply of Petroleum Commodities with Kazakhstan Origin to End Buyers and their official creditworthiness Re-Seller Representatives under the Conditions/ Terms of Kazakhstan Ministry of Energy Export Control Rules and ICC Regulations set forth.

We look forward to supply your esteemed Organization with JA1, JP*4, EN**0, Diesel-Gas D2/ D6 Virgin, LPG/ LNG, UREA N*6 petroleum products including unlimited quantities of bonny light crude oil (BLCO) which is sweet light crude oil rated API *2.9 from an officially appointed London based Allocation Holder/ Title Holder, received directly from NNPC Ltd and welcome all diligent GBL-Connect purchase enquiries in due course.

We are committed to serving Direct Buyers or Credibility Re-Sellers who can provide Proof of Funds (BCL). In order to facilitate a transparent and efficient transaction process, we direct them to our Flow Chart, which outlines our diligent work procedures and transaction steps in detail.

If Proof of Funds (BCL) is not initially available from the Re-Seller's side, we propose an alternative approach. The Re-Seller may present a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) along with Direct Buyers, which may include a Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) as part of the arrangement to ensure a mutually beneficial transaction.
